I built Flou to make the next step easier to see.

Electrical projects already have a process. The hard part is keeping that process visible when work passes from estimating to the office, the field, and closeout.

Why I built it

I built Flou because electrical contractors deserve a clearer way to run work from bid through closeout. Too much time and money is lost when tasks, documents, permits, training records, and handoffs live in disconnected places. My background building and operating software and cloud systems taught me to value reliable processes, visible ownership, and continuous improvement. Flou applies those principles so office and field teams can share information, catch risks earlier, and keep every project moving.

The product decisions behind that idea

Keep the company’s process. Make the responsibility visible.

01

Start with what the team already does

Flou turns an existing project process into reusable templates and checklists instead of asking a contractor to invent a new operating model.

02

Put the handoff in writing

Tasks show the owner, due date, and status so the next person does not have to reconstruct the plan from messages.

03

Give each role the view it needs

Office users can see the whole project while field users can focus on their assigned tasks, checklists, permits, and training.

Tell me how your team handles one project handoff.

I’ll show you the same step in Flou and answer your questions directly. The walkthrough takes 30 minutes and requires no preparation.
